   I was so impressed with Malicki Piano Service!  The initial phone call was friendly.  Mr. Malicki asked me a few questions on my piano maintenance needs to give me an estimate on the cost of service.  We set up an appointment.  He called me once he was on his way.  He was professional and was gracious to play to my curiosity of what he was doing by explaining what he was doing.  He does tune by ear but also uses electronics to verify the piano is perfectly in tune.  He fixed all my piano issues for a fair price and even touched up some scratches I had on the exterior of my piano with a furniture marker.  Above and beyond and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

   Our family heirloom piano was destroyed during a move. My daughter is played on this piano since she was six years old and is now 28. We contemplated throwing the piano out and then my husband found MALICKI Piano service we could not be more pleased. He went above and beyond completely fixed the piano tuned the piano, and even touched up all the scratches and dents on the piano.    Mr. Malicki traveled to Orange City and worked for 4 hours fixing all sorts of issues with my piano. He was communicative, punctual, very professional, and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend his service to anyone wanting to restore their beautiful instruments to their former glory. 10/10

   I hired Steven to tune my mother’s piano, and I highly recommend him! He is very responsive and was available almost immediately. He is incredibly professional, quick, and affordable (and he takes electronic payment, so convenient). It felt like we had a friend over for a visit rather than a hired service. Very efficient, well mannered, and the best price from what I’ve seen shopping around.
