Steve tuned up a brand new yamaha for me. He explained every part of the piano to me and showed me how the piano works and why all of the parts are important. He is on time , detail oriented, and very professional. Steve also installed a dehumidifier for the piano. He is wonderful and is the best tuner I have hired.
I can’t begin to describe the absolutely phenomenal work Steve did on my Mason Hamlin Concert Grand piano. He went above and beyond a normal tuning to bring my piano to the highest level of performance. The piano has never sounded so beautiful and now fills the room with concert level, breath taking music.
My 2nd time hired Steve, would recommend him. Very friendly and professional, the charge rate is reasonable with the results you get. Pretty easy to work with your schedule and set up appointment.
Our Boston baby grand piano had received little use for several years due to family health issues As matters improved, we contacted Malicki Piano Services to tune and voice it, hoping that this step would serve to prompt me back to practicing regularly. I was absolutely delighted with the result! I had expected our extended negligence would have seriously undermined its recovery, but Steven's focused tuning and voicing skills restored its full potential. It sounds as perfect as it did the day we bought it, nearly 15 years ago, even though it had sat virtually unused for the past several years. Thank you so much, Steven! If I can just get back into practicing regularly, I will be requesting your services regularly.
